Coral Hotels to sponsor Reading Rockets Women’s Programme

The Canarian hotel chain Coral Hotels has become the first official sponsor of the Reading Rockets Women’s team, an English basketball club whose first male team plays in the NBL1.
Established in 1997, Reading Rockets has become one of England’s most successful clubs, with nearly 20 teams that includes junior programmes and women and male profesional teams.
The Rockets Women’s Programme has spent many seasons growing and developing into a professionally run elite Women’s programme. Current and former players of the programme have represented England, Ireland, Wales, Hungary, Czech Republic and Romania.
With this sponsorship agreement, Coral Hotels intends to collaborate with a project that is completely aligned with the values defended by the company.
These values are reflected in the important role that women play in the company, where they hold more than 50% of management positions.
Coral Hotels is also deeply committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle through sports. That’s the reason why they have developed the “Nature & Adventure” concept that includes three hotels of the brand, and that promotes nature tourism and outdoor sports.
