A non-refundable charge of 25% of the total amount of the stay will be made at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% will be charged 7 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
If you cancel 3 days or more before arrival, you will be refunded the amount equivalent to the second payment already made which corresponds to 50% of the total stay.
If you cancel 2 days or less prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 10% penalty on top of the non-refundable 25% made at the time of booking, i.e. the total cancellation charge will be 35% of the total booking
