CLUB CORAL HAPPINESS is the loyalty programme of the CORAL HOTELS hotel chain and its aim is to reward customer loyalty and their trust in our service.
The purpose of the CLUB CORAL HAPPINESS programme is to carry out a permanent promotion based on obtaining an initial special discount of 5% for all clients who register for the programme on the best available rate on our website, in addition to other additional benefits.
CLUB CORAL HAPPINESS works with 3 levels, which offer differentiated benefits to cardholders in the form of discounts and services according to their loyalty level ADD LINK WHERE BENEFITS ARE PUBLISHED. It has to be booked in the name of the cardholder. It starts with the first level:
1. The User, once registered in the CLUB CORAL HAPPINESS, will pass to the first loyalty level of the CLUB CORAL HAPPINESS and will be entitled to a 5% discount from the first booking, in addition to other specific benefits for this level.
2. To move up to the second loyalty level, which is called CLUB CORAL HAPPINESS SILVER, the cardholder will have to have made reservations with at least 14 accumulated nights and, from that moment onwards, will receive an 8% discount on new reservations, in addition to other benefits specific to this level.
3. To move up to the third loyalty level, called CLUB CORAL HAPPINESS GOLD, the cardholder must have made reservations with at least 30 nights of accumulated stay. From that moment on, they will receive a 12% discount on new bookings, in addition to other benefits specific to this level.
The details and attentions are offered exclusively to the holder of the reservation in the room he/she occupies with his/her companion.
CORAL HOTELS reserves the right to modify the conditions of participation in the programme at any time. Any modifications will be notified to members via the newsletter sent by e-mail or in the form of a notice posted on the website.
CORAL HOTELS reserves the right to terminate the programme without explanation or to replace it with another programme.The User may become a member of the CLUB CORAL HAPPINESS in order to access the benefits by means of the registration form. Users can register using their Facebook profile or Google account. Once registration has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the User.
